The Lithuanian Civil Aviation Authority withdrew its licence from SMALL PLANET AIRLINES on 28 November, resulting in the suspension of all its flights. The airline had filed for bankruptcy following the bankruptcies of its German and Polish divisions before it. It indicated that it was in good health and had taken this step to protect itself from the creditors of its sisters airlines, with whom it had guaranteed. However, it had initiated a restructuring and was looking for an investor.
