SIKORSKY and BOEING unveil the first images of the SB>1 DEFIANT hybrid helicopter, developed in collaboration for the US Army's Joint Multi-Role Technology Demonstrator (JMR-TD) program. Based on the coaxial concept of the X2, it will be used to develop the future US military utility helicopter, which is due to enter service in the early 2030s.
