PORTER AIRLINES will open a maintenance base at Thunder Bay Airport in February. It will be set up in an existing hangar that can accommodate two Q400s simultaneously and used for overnight maintenance operations. Porter currently operates 29 Bombardier twin turboprop aircraft.
