Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Aero Engines (MHIAEL) has completed the first assembly of a PW1200G engine at its facility in Komaki, Japan, and its production has been validated by PRATT & WHITNEY. This first engine will be used in the MRJ flight test program. The japanese facility becomes the second assembly and test site for the PW1200G with PRATT & WHITNEY's Mirabel Aerospace Centre in Canada. |
