(Bourget 2019) AFI KLM E&M has teamed up with 2AS to set up a joint venture dedicated to line maintenance at Blaise Diagne International Airport (AIBD) in Dakar. 2AS is the exclusive provider of airport ground handling services for the airport. Its subsidiary 2AS Technics already supports several airlines in the region including Air Senegal.
