(MRO Middle East) BOEING estimates the Middle East's needs for aviation services at $745 billion through 2037, with a projected compound annual growth rate of 4.6%, while the commercial fleet is expected to more than triple in this region with demand for 3,000 new aircraft over the next 20 years. It also forecasts a requirement for 218,000 new staff during this period: 60,000 pilots, 63,000 technicians and 95,000 cabin crew.
